Terms of service

This is agreement of software renting in this contract has various parts which are as follows;

1. Usage and Restriction.

This part is about what you can do and what you cannot do with this software.

i. Usage.

In this software, you are allowed to use it for your daily use.

only use this software for activity envolving selling of legal goods illigal goods are not allowed such as marijuana, cocain and other goods. Doing this may lead to cancelation of your account

ii. Restriction

In this software you are not allowed

a)Using this software to sell illigal goods like drugs

a)Using bad names to name your gooods such as abusive language

b)To share password of your account as this may lead to harm of your account

2. Ownership.

This part describes who is the owner of this software.

Since you renting, this software remains as property AVIALMAX COMPANY.

3. Terms and Termination.

i. Terms.

This contract is of all the time, that user using the software no need of renewing the contract.

ii. Termination.

This contract will be invalid if and only if;

a. Both sides agree to terminate the contract.

b. if you have registered and using your 30 days free trial and you dont make payment for more than 30 days

c. if you terminatate any rule of this contract

4. Fee and Payment.

During renting of this software payment is 20000Tsh/month, failure to pay money on time services will be blocked until you pay the fee, fee calculation os done monthly since registration date after every 30 days as long as you have registered you have to pay each month

5. Indemnification.

This software is online usages, AVIALMAX COMPANY will not be liable for any security issues. if it envolve activities that may harm your account such as sharing password

5. Refund police.

This software is based on postpaid service so user cannot pay unless he or she is already used the service but also you can pay more for more than one month at one time if you did so you money will be refunded if you like to do so as you didint consume the service further more transaction cost will not be refunded
